You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"mb-0 bullet-list\">\n<li>Construction Manager: 2 to 3 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Construction Manager candidates should:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Have construction repair\/renovation management experience preferentially in pipeline works (sewer, water, or stormwater): 2 years (Required)<\/li>\n<li>Must have a Civil Engineering Degree (B.ENG or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Be effective at scheduling and multitasking.<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong knowledge of building details and products.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate leadership abilities, provide accurate direction for foreman and the project team.<\/li>\n<li>Have strong problem-solving skills.
