Ensure facilities are compliant with Basic Pharmacy principles, implementation and maintenance of CCMDD\u00a0programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance with good pharmacy practice<\/li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and support to ensure that adequate levels of stock are available<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and mentorship to all PAM&#8217;s on the implementation of Good Pharmacy Practice, Ideal Clinic and SIMS in all their supported facilities<\/li>\n<li>Medicine supply management ( FIFO\/FEFO, Stock re-order factor, Cold-chain)<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of stock visibility solution (SVS)<\/li>\n<li>Support CCMDD and decanting (Mentorship on Repeat Prescription Collections (RPC) &amp; Dablapmeds in supported facilities)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and maintenance of performance of the Dablapmeds program<\/li>\n<li>Support the retention of accurate and updated records on pharmacy activities &amp; decanting<\/li>\n<li>Perform duties of Pharmacist Assistance such as dispensing, drug supply management etc. in line with Scope of Practice<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs for facility staff (DOH and Anova staff) and facilitate training provision to meet requirements<\/li>\n<li>Represent Anova in stakeholder meetings and workshops when requested<\/li>\n<li>Weekly and monthly reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Registered as a Post basic Pharmacist Assistant with SAPC<\/li>\n<li>Annual fees and all requirements must be up to date<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year experience on HIV\/AIDS treatment regimen and adherence issues<\/li>\n<li>Understand public health system (How public hospitals and clinics work)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of ART, TB and general medication<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of antiretroviral therapy, TB and chronic medication<\/li>\n<li>Clear understanding of Good Pharmacy Practice<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Drug Supply Management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication &amp; interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Innovative, Proactive and Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work under pressure &amp; independently<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency or literacy in Ms Office<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational, administrative, and report-writing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2039771\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> July 13 2023<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with our Employment Equity goals and plan, preference will be given to suitable applicants from designated groups as defined in the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998 and subsequent amendments thereto.
