{"id":8689,"date":"2012-11-02T04:18:50","date_gmt":"2012-11-02T02:18:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=8689"},"modified":"2013-09-19T10:28:03","modified_gmt":"2013-09-19T08:28:03","slug":"dept-of-tourism-bursary-for-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/dept-of-tourism-bursary-for-2013.html","title":{"rendered":"Dept of Tourism Bursary For 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Department of Tourism invites applications for bursaries from unemployed South African undergraduate and postgraduate students for the 2013 academic year in the following fields of study: \u2022 Econometrics \u2022 Economics \u2022 International Tourism Relations<br \/>\n\u2022 Political Studies \u2022 Social Science (specialising with Monitoring and Evaluation) \u2022 Sustainable Tourism Development.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong>\u00a0\u2022 Be South African citizens \u2022 Be studying at an accredited South African Educational Institution in one of the above-mentioned fields of study \u2022 Be prepared to enter into an agreement with the Department \u2022 Do counter-service in the Department upon completion of the qualification and not have any other bursary funding.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Application forms\u00a0(to fill in using a computer) or\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tourism.gov.za\/Careers\/Documents\/Z83%20Application%20Form.pdf\">Application forms\u00a0<\/a>(to fill in by hand)are available o<del>n www.tourism.gov.za<\/del>\u00a0or at the reception of National Department of Tourism \u2022 Application forms must be posted or hand delivered by no later than 9 November 2012 \u2022 Applicants must complete the Departmental bursary application form and attach certified copies of qualifications, recent academic records, Identity Document, proof of registration, proof of guardian\u2019s income, and motivational letter \u2022 Application forms should not be faxed or e-mailed \u2022 Correspondence will be limited to the successful candidates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enquiries<\/strong>\u00a0:<br \/>\nMr Ignatius Ngoveni, tel.
