{"id":8695,"date":"2012-11-02T03:35:44","date_gmt":"2012-11-02T01:35:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=8695"},"modified":"2012-11-01T04:38:00","modified_gmt":"2012-11-01T02:38:00","slug":"mqa-hr-internship-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/mqa-hr-internship-program.html","title":{"rendered":"MQA HR Internship Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The successful intern will be offered a monthly stipend for a period of 12 months.<br \/>\n<strong>The internship will cover but may not be limited to the following areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing technical support on Learning Programmes administration<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the registration\/general administration of non-artisan learnerships, ABET, FLC, Mine Environmental Control and <!--more-->skills programmes including the OHS Skills Programme<\/li>\n<li>Providing a customer service to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with MQA customer service standards<\/li>\n<li>Providing administrative support service to the Learning Programmes Unit<\/li>\n<li>Performing any other tasks delegated by the Senior Learning ProgrammesAdministrator, Learning Programmes Specialist or Learning Programmes Manager<\/li>\n<li>Gaining exposure to other MQA units\u2019 scope of work\/performance areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>The candidates to be considered must possess:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resource Management\/Development or Business Management\/Administration<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge and application of Microsoft Office packages<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and sound interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of legislation and developments in respect of education and training<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>The ability to demonstrate a proactive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the mining and minerals sector will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please forward your application letter and CV (no certificates) for the attention of: The Human Resources Unit, Private Bag x 118, Marshalltown, 2107.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Applicants who have not been notified within 1 month after the closing date of the advertisement must accept that their applications were not successful.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>The MQA is an equal opportunity employer and preference will be given to affirmative action candidates and people with disabilities.
