You will project manage the implementation of changes and train staff to increase efficiencies, whilst reducing expenses and maximizing profitability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Industrial Engineering or related<\/li>\n<li>Six Sigma Certification (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in business Improvement Management, Change Management, business strategy, project management<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the Agriculture\/Production\/Manufacturing or FMCG Industries essential<\/li>\n<li>Sound experience in TPM, WCM, and LEAN methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with TQM process evaluation techniques<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing employee training programs<\/li>\n<li>Advanced skills with Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>A high level of business acumen and commercial understanding<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a Management or leadership role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse current Production processes<\/li>\n<li>Review QA procedures<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas that need improvement<\/li>\n<li>Identify supply shortfalls<\/li>\n<li>Develop plans to increase production and decrease costs<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and manage implementation<\/li>\n<li>Train and upskill staff on new systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Document each phase of the changes and create regular reports for top management<\/li>\n<li>Regular reporting on Continuous improvements project to top management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Do you see yourself as the successful Continuous Improvement Manager at this Agricultural Company?
