You will work closely with Project Managers, Dev teams &amp; other stakeholders to ensure that all systems meet the needs of clients and adhere to industry best practices. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with a strong technical background in servers, storage, networking, and security systems and excellent communication skills. You will also require at least 5+ years\u2019 work experience in a similar role with hands-on experience with virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Design and deploy complex IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and security systems.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain documentation for all systems, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Project Managers, Development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all systems meet the needs of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with systems and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor system performance and capacity and implement changes as necessary to optimize performance and ensure scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all systems adhere to industry best practices and security standards.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>5+ Years of experience as a Systems Engineer, or a related role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical background in servers, storage, networking, and security systems.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Advantageous<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, etc.) \u2013<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert &#8211; AZ104 + AZ305<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate &#8211; AZ800 + AZ801<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty &#8211; AZ140<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an Agile\/Scrum development environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write comprehensive design as well as technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of security across various platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Active Directory (including Tiering Design &amp; Deployment).<\/li>\n<li>Azure AD.<\/li>\n<li>ADFS &amp; Federation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong PowerShell skills.<\/li>\n<li>AD &amp; Exchange and or tenant-to-tenant migrations.<\/li>\n<li>PKI.<\/li>\n<li>SCCM.<\/li>\n<li>InTune.<\/li>\n<li>Amazon Web Services.<\/li>\n<li>Kemp\/Progress.<\/li>\n<li>ITIL.<\/li>\n<li>Quest Tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ATTRIBUTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2045740\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> August 17 2023<\/p>\n<p>While we would really like to respond to every application, should you not be contacted for this position within 10 working days please consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>COMMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When applying for jobs, ensure that you have the minimum job requirements.
