In this role, the Finance Director will collaborate closely with the COO, CEO, and Board to formulate and execute financial plans and strategies that align with the organisations ambitious objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities (not limited to):<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise, co-develop and implement financial plans for long term sustainable growth of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining an understanding of vision and plans for the foreseeable future from CEO and COO<\/li>\n<li>Advise CEO, COO and the Board on financial and taxation matters<\/li>\n<li>Co-Develop and implement budgets for the organization and the various projects (ongoing or proposed).
