The successful candidate will report to the WC Election 2024 Campaign and Operations Manager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Designing, implementing and maintaining campaign administrative systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the design, implementation and maintenance of a communication system between all formations of the Party pertaining to the rollout of the NPE2024 campaign in the province<\/li>\n<li>Providing efficient and effective administrative and logistical support to the WC Election 2024 Campaign and Operations Manager, including management of their diary<\/li>\n<li>Producing required weekly campaign reports<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the data capturing for the province, including quality assurance mechanisms<\/li>\n<li>Conducting general campaign administration required in the province<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the liaison with all relevant stakeholders on behalf of the WC Election 2024 Campaign and Operations Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>National Senior Certificate or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Two years\u2019 experience in a similar role (administrative or secretarial support)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with database management and record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project and financial management advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Experience in events coordination advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in more than one language advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and administrative abilities<\/li>\n<li>Systematic, comprehensive and displaying excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>An ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>An ability to work effectively and energetically around a demanding work schedule<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to the principles, policies and programme of action of the Democratic Alliance<\/li>\n<li>Outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to go the extra mile, which include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Applicants MUST be in possession of a valid driver\u2019s license and have access to an insured vehicle for daily use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Should you meet the above requirements and be interested, kindly forward the following to Chandre Fernandez, Democratic Alliance, Federal Head Office, PO Box 1475, Cape Town, 8000.
