Apart from a contained and well-rounded person with excellent sales skills, he\/she will be required to deal with complexity in the fast-paced environment of scaffolding and formwork manufacturing, sales and hiring. The person needs to be a self-starter with attention to detail and bring a positive energy to the work environment, with a willingness to excel in their role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internationally recognized or South African matric (Grade 12\/NQF Level 5).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 &#8211; 3 years of work experience in the scaffolding and formwork industry.<\/li>\n<li>Valid certification as Scaffolding Inspector (optional).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work overtime when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Be able to show relevant experience in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Scaffolding &amp; formwork processes.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing drawings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in task management &amp; mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication (English)<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Analyse all project requirements and develop technical solutions for various projects enquires<\/li>\n<li>Prepare material lists, quotes, delivery receipts &amp; invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with technical, sales, supply chain departments, perform all cross functional activities to deliver projects\u2019 requirements on time.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on site progress &amp; additional site needs.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise Formwork installation works at jobsite (If necessary).<\/li>\n<li>Oversee Yard activities.<\/li>\n<li>Cold calling and sales leads generation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Offer highly competitive remuneration package, including medical aid for your immediate family and provident fund.<\/li>\n<li>Thirteenth Cheque in December.<\/li>\n<li>Benefits as per Basic Conditions of Employment Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2049821?appResponseMethodId=2&amp;applicationUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.placementpartner.co.za%2fwi%2fsubmit_cv_form.php%3fid%3dcircastaff%26vacancy_ref%3dJHB002882%2fRD%26source%3dcareers24\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> August 30 2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTELLISTAFF is a generalist recruitment company providing staff at all organisational levels across all disciplines.
