Duties will include but not be limited to the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Manage a portfolio of key and strategic customer relationships personally.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Develop and execute tailored solutions and strategies for customers to\u00a0<\/span>ensure ongoing satisfaction, loyalty and profitability.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex existing accounts to build key relationships at national levels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Manage the engagement of own organization with partner organization to ensure effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the partner relationship management system (CRM) within the area of responsibility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential partner accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Consult with a range of partner representatives at different levels to identify the outcomes they require.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Act as subject matter expert in an area of growth strategy, product policy, regulation, or operational management for the team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<li>Post Graduate Degree will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">A minimum of 10 years experience in employee benefits industry<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Experience working in mining, insurance and metal industries would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Account Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2050825\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> August 11 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lusapho Professional Services was established in 2013 and is a 100% Female Black-Owned company, with a proven track record.
