This role requires someone that has excellent problem-solving skills and financial knowledge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Update calculation spreadsheets when new or improved manufacturing processes are established.<\/li>\n<li>Industry standard and updating these costs on the database to enable estimation of costs for tender, and actual labour times.<\/li>\n<li>Update reports when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Conduct variance analysis when a variance is reported by a relevant stakeholder.<\/li>\n<li>Include the sales personnel in the tender before the tender deadline closes.<\/li>\n<li>Estimate manufacturing methods\/times and material costs using the relevant database.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the database of costs for various types of raw materials by benchmarking costs of items.<\/li>\n<li>Submit accurate prices on time to the proposals department.<\/li>\n<li>Calculate the selling price using the agreed mark up as per the sales budget purposes to be within 5% of actual costs if an order is received.<\/li>\n<li>Run reports as per departmental procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Set up costing reports and send to managers for approval as per departmental procedure in order to maintain accurate costs on the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nRequirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual in Afrikaans and English<\/li>\n<li>Matric certificate<\/li>\n<li>A relevant costing \/ financial qualification will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>2 years experience within the industry<\/li>\n<li>Must have communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2032952?appResponseMethodId=2&amp;applicationUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.placementpartner.co.za%2fwi%2fsubmit_cv_form.php%3fid%3dpersonastaff%26vacancy_ref%3dCPT003939%2fIP%26source%3dcareers24%26rtpg%3dhttps%3a%2f%2fwww.careers24.com\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> August 31 2023<\/p>\n<p>To apply, please send your CV with your salary expectations to <a>ilana@personastaff.co.za<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
