Our strategy therefore remains focused on keeping the company as an authentic agricultural producer business, which could also add value for a broader base of general consumers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin Assistant (Invoicing)\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Bethlehem<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0Market Related<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:<\/strong> Accounting, Agriculture<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> 65674<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacancy Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QPro Feeds is a dynamic Animal Feed Manufacturing business with a facility in both Bethlehem and Vrede.\u00a0 We are responsible for producing animal feed to in-house clients as well as external clients in the monogastric and ruminant fields.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-years proven work experience within an Administrative role<\/li>\n<li>Proven working knowledge of MS Excel<\/li>\n<li>Working experience with Navision would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ensure pricing on orders are correct before invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quantity loaded and shipped is correct according to loading documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Verify delivery dates on orders before invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Ship and invoice orders when product has been loaded.<\/li>\n<li>Send Invoices for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain all signed POD\u2019s from Transporters: Customer copy, Dispatch copy, security copy and weighbridge ticket.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documents are attached to the POD: Dispatch, security, and weighbridge ticket.<\/li>\n<li>Filing of POD\u2019s according to date.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on all POD queries<\/li>\n<li>Ensure credit notes are accompanied with an NCR number.<\/li>\n<li>Process credit notes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all supported documents are attached.<\/li>\n<li>Filling of credit memos according to dates.<\/li>\n<li>Continues follow-up on all discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ad-hoc reception \/ administrative duties from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Strong customer focus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical ability<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OTHER INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.<\/li>\n<li>VKB Group and\/or its subsidiary companies will use any personal data collected through the job opportunities section of this website for recruitment purposes only and, should your application be successful, for purposes connected with your employment.<\/li>\n<li>VKB Group is an equal opportunity employer.
