Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Process Technician to join their dynamic team in East London.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Initial Duties During Project Phase:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Assist with the project. This will include various ad hoc tasks (related and unrelated to the job title), installations, housekeeping and general assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Set machines and monitor production to run tests and prototypes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Setting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Using the Setting Sheet and prototype, set the machine to produce parts that to spec and of desired quality.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the initial run to ensure the parts are produced as required.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to any setting problems during the production run.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Trouble Shooting and Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Includes work on hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring and tooling.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to breakdowns as required through accurate trouble shooting and repair.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct routine maintenance as scheduled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tooling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Safe storage of tools.<\/li>\n<li>Install \/ oversee the installation of tools.<\/li>\n<li>Manage projects \u2013 Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Housekeeping in all work areas.<\/li>\n<li>Execute all ad hoc tasks allocated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Setting is the most important aspect of the job, so experience in this.
