Finovate has been \u2013 and continues to be \u2013 where you see the future of fintech first<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Clerk<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Wynberg<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0R15 000.00 &#8211; R17 000.00 Per Month<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:<\/strong>\u00a0Finance<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> 3512893683<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacancy Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our client, in the\u00a0wine industry, is looking for a\u00a0Finance Clerk\u00a0to join their team based in\u00a0Stellenbosch\u00a0as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Financial Controller<\/li>\n<li>Accurately process sales invoices after Logistics have delivered the order.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately process sales invoices from information received from other departments or parties (i.e. intercompany recharges, storage etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Accurately process sales credit notes as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures credit note is sufficiently approved prior to processing in Sage.<\/li>\n<li>Distributes sales invoices to customers via email or EDI.<\/li>\n<li>Investigates and resolves queries related to sales invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all relevant information is received timeously for invoices to be accurately processed within daily deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with relevant parties if information is required to accurately complete processing of sales invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and submits completed BOP forms to the bank for incoming funds.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately processes supplier invoices\/credit notes system (SAGE).<\/li>\n<li>Accurately processes credit card reconciliations on system (SAGE) and ensure all slips received from card holders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures correct allocation of transactions in general ledger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and experience requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant financial degree\/diploma.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (Office)<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow through on queries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The position is based in office<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2059268?appResponseMethodId=2&amp;applicationUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.dittojobs.com%2fjobs%2fview%2f3512893683%3fsource%3dcareers24\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>September 30 2023<\/p>\n<p>Please apply online if you meet the above-mentioned requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Please assume that your application was unsuccessful If you have not been contacted within 4 weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In 2007, we set out to make the most memorable event in financial services technology.
