As a teacher for their 3 home schooled daughters you will play a pivotal role in fostering their curiosity and passion for learning. The family embraces a joyful and travel-oriented lifestyle, with homes across France, Costa Rica, and Africa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Provide engaging and impactful tutoring sessions for the 3 children (Ages 8, 6 and 4).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Be a team player while working in collaboration with another teacher, and child cares.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Develop project-based, problem-solving, and challenge-driven lessons that deviate from traditional testing methods.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Adapt teaching methods to cater to various environments, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Design and implement activities tailored to the individual interests and learning styles of each child.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills, fostering and developing a growth mindset.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Create a love for STEM subjects by designing hands-on experiments and projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Collaborate closely with parents and other educators to craft interdisciplinary, project-based curricula.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Qualifications and Skills:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Native English speaker with English as a first language.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Training and experience in the Cambridge Assessment International curriculum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Experience and training in the Montessori Curriculum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Experience teaching elementary-level students is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Background in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) subjects, with computer science skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Experience teaching elementary level<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to varying international environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Adept at differentiating instruction to challenge gifted students and promote real-world applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Strong communication skills with the ability to make STEM subjects engaging and accessible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Passionate about inspiring a lifelong love for learning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Comfortable with international travel and adjusting to new cultural contexts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Flexibility around leave \/
