To provide, implement and configure network solutions that meet our customer requirements, in an international environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for all or part of these areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Install and maintain IP network solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot network issues, ensure network security, create and configure network solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customer requirements are understood and implement accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Deploy best practices, standards, and processes to deliver network ICT solutions<\/li>\n<li>Technical implementation of network proposals<\/li>\n<li>Apply security updates<\/li>\n<li>Assess Network performance<\/li>\n<li>Provide 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0and 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0line network support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Conduct technical planning and configuration sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate staging and configuration of new network equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical feedback and updates on any project deliverables to the Project Managers<\/li>\n<li>Be involved in technical planning and design workshops.<\/li>\n<li>Research leading technology solution and services.<\/li>\n<li>Provide internal technical product support to peers and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping current Cisco and other product and technical certification up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IP\/MPLS network standards.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Cisco IP Network products essential.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in high stakes environments with multiple senior stakeholders and with a cross industry focus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Matric Certificate essential<\/li>\n<li>Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years relevant experience essential within telecommunication industry<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years in the IT industry and\/or a system\/network admin role.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years working experience with IP\/MPLS solutions.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years working experience in related IP\/MPLS technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Must have comprehensive knowledge with Cisco Networking products.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implementation of network infrastructures<\/li>\n<li>Detailed networking designing skills with in-depth knowledge and ability to learn from Senior Engineers<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active and innovative<\/li>\n<li>Take control, use own initiative and self-motivated.<\/li>\n<li>Positive personality and positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Communications and Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Results driven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2062955\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>October 06 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Nexio, we enable our clients to modernise their environments and adopt new technologies.
