The incumbent will report to the Dispatch Manager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a sales Spares\/Motor\/Engine environment-\u00a0<strong>Essential\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in an automotive sales environment dealing with customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Basic administration skills<\/li>\n<li>Organised, accurate and honest<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to work independently as well as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>A quick learner and willing to bring discrepancies to light.<\/li>\n<li>A trustworthy and reliable individual.<\/li>\n<li>Good time keeping track record &amp; ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to liaise with administration staff.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Clear Criminal record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The key deliverables will include, but not be limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the flow of consignments destined for external and internal customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all consignments are accurately checked prior to being packed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all consignments are securely packed and are marked correctly and clearly with the details of the consignee.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all consignments are checked, packed and available for dispatching within the prescribed time.<\/li>\n<li>Professionally manage all enquiries relating to outbound consignments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all drivers are neatly attired with their corporate clothing.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising driver personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2068606\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>September 29 2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equity Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Motus we are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
