Also ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, and benefits to employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Responsible for time sheet and clocking confirmation, both telephonic and written<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with both current and ex-employees with regards to UI.19, Maternity Policies, Department of Labour queries and\/or Benefits queries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relations with the employees on Disability \u2013 to assist the workflow from application to approval<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with all parties involved with our multi facet Benefits structure to ensure that all legislation is adhere to.<\/li>\n<li>Support and assist with the preparation of processing the company remuneration and benefits system to ensure all deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and remit monthly salary advice. Includes loading on ESS<\/li>\n<li>Collate, capture and process all payroll documentation including medical aid forms, pension fund applications, tax, leave forms, sick leave forms, overtime forms, garnishee orders, union membership, UIF benefits, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure overtime timesheets are submitted by managers\/supervisors in terms of correct procedures and approvals<\/li>\n<li>Ensure existing employees (FTE, temporary &amp; contract), transfers, promotions and terminations are accurately and timeously processed on payroll system<\/li>\n<li>Process all new start employees, promotions, transfers and termination documentation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure union membership information updated and accurately reflected on system<\/li>\n<li>Ensures updates and personnel changes are received timeously and systems are set-up and updated to reflect change of status details<\/li>\n<li>Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets and overtime payments<\/li>\n<li>Track and deduct all garnishees and other special payroll deductions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all labour hours are correctly booked and match hours to company policy<\/li>\n<li>Assist and respond to all payroll and benefits queries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and upkeep of digital personnel filing system<\/li>\n<li>Off cycle payments for salary queries during the month<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of payroll for net salary payment run<\/li>\n<li>FIHRST Management net salary run and submission<\/li>\n<li>FIHRST Management third party run and submission<\/li>\n<li>Payroll back up and roll over to the next period<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to execute the complete payroll function in the absence of the Payroll Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>Advanced working knowledge of SAGE VIP People 300<\/li>\n<li>Relevant payroll qualifications (Diploma)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum five years payroll experience (SAGE VIP People 300) non-negotiable<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of and working knowledge of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA)<\/li>\n<li>Highly computer literate with strong MSOffice skills<\/li>\n<li>People and Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>People &amp; communication skills in both written and oral format<\/li>\n<li>Strong administration skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound ability in problem solving<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>High levels of integrity and ethical standards and a team player with a pleasant disposition who enjoys multidisciplinary interactions<\/li>\n<li>The ability to be a confident and self-motivated individual<\/li>\n<li>The ability to use initiative<\/li>\n<li>Lateral thinking<\/li>\n<li>Fast learner and quick thinker<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Learning and adaptability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Result areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Understand role of reporting to the business and client<\/li>\n<li>Understand role of managing staff to closely ensure output is aligned with business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Understand interworking with various teams to ensure client financial compliances<\/li>\n<li>Understanding that feedback and communication is critical to success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2069754?appResponseMethodId=2&amp;applicationUrl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.placementpartner.co.za%2fwi%2fsubmit_cv_form.php%3fid%3dcircastaff%26vacancy_ref%3dJHB002952%2fRD%26source%3dcareers24%26rtpg%3dhttps%3a%2f%2fwww.careers24.com\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>October 28 2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTELLISTAFF is a generalist recruitment company providing staff at all organisational levels across all disciplines.
