The purpose of this position is to Supervise complete Inbound process (receive materials, process documents and efficient put away\/ binning as per Company BSOP)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Grade 12\/Matric certificate<\/li>\n<li>Previous WMS and Picking experience<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years\u2019 experience in warehousing<\/li>\n<li>Years warehouse experience in a supervisor position<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Work overtime when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Consolidate exercises to ensure stock is kept together and maximize space utilization<\/li>\n<li>Hourly tracking of relevant KPI metrics to support the overall productivity of the Distribution Centre and detailed investigation of missed targets and discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with local suppliers to ensure that deliveries are done on time<\/li>\n<li>Assist with stock counting programmes and ensure inventory integrity is always maintained<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for handling and effective control of pallets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Material Handling Equipment are properly maintained in accordance with company procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all activities are performed as per SOP\u2019s and all non-conformances tracked and measured accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure general housekeeping levels are maintained at optimum levels, whilst promoting a safe working environment<\/li>\n<li>Train and develop subordinates<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for employee\u2019s well-being<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2068607\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> September 29 2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equity Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Motus we are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
