We are an equal-opportunities employer and support the cause of previously disadvantaged individuals, particularly in areas of employment and skills development.<\/p>\n<p>Apply for a Telecoms Job at Neotel South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Neotel South Africa is seeking for suitable individuals to fill in for HR Business Manager &#8211; Reward Level 18\u00a0 162\/2010\/02<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing, advising and servicing on manpower supply as to ensure that the structures are effectively manned in accordance with company policy.<\/li>\n<li>Developing an action plan to meet employment equity objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Assessments of all key personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Job analysis and design.<\/li>\n<li>Performance appraisals and management.<\/li>\n<li>Employee training.<\/li>\n<li>Labour relation functions including disciplinarians and counselling.<\/li>\n<li>Company policy development.<\/li>\n<li>CCMA representation.<\/li>\n<li>Managing HR budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Compiling weekly and monthly HR reports.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and manage the Mentorship programmes and Succession Plans.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Recruitment and Selection process (including the writing of job specs).<\/li>\n<li>Implement and manage Induction programme.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Exit Interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate long service award schemes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and co-ordinate Employee Assistance Programme.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Employee Relations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, drive and implement Employment Equity strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all HR administrative issues.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, manage and motivate HR staff.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ad hoc HR special projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support and advisory function to line management and staff with regards to policies and procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements, Experience and Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a degree or equivalent in Human Resource.<\/li>\n<li>Post-graduate qualification will be added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of the SA Labour Laws.<\/li>\n<li>Highly PC Literate in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communications skills, in English essential.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge and ability to put HR policies and procedures in place and ensure the adherence to them.<\/li>\n<li>Strong decision making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Be assertive, and lead meetings on HR matters.<\/li>\n<li>Self-managed and motivated to reach goals independently.<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and thoroughness.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently deliver on promises.<\/li>\n<li>Make tough yes \/ no decisions in the best interest of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Display a high energy level.<\/li>\n<li>Manage workload and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Set priorities.
