In this role, you will be crucial in leading and managing our Debtors and Accounts Clerks, ensuring efficient and effective operations while adhering to legislative guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Accounting qualification<\/li>\n<li>2 years or more of experience in a supervisory role<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years of experience in debtors and finance<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Strong debt-collection skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling creditors\/accounts payable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Debtors\/Accounts Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing leadership and guidance to Debtors and Accounts Clerks<\/li>\n<li>Managing staff performance and development<\/li>\n<li>Meeting collection targets as agreed upon<\/li>\n<li>Accurately and promptly processing reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring strict adherence to company policies<\/li>\n<li>Supervising administration tasks, including overseeing accounting systems and records, cash office, contracts, banking, and credit balancing reports<\/li>\n<li>Submitting invoices to the head office for payment<\/li>\n<li>Conducting daily banking activities and processing journals<\/li>\n<li>Handling receipting, invoicing, and banking tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2076257\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> December 17 2023<\/p>\n<p>If you are a dynamic individual with the required qualifications and experience and are ready to take on a supervisory role in the finance field, we encourage you to apply.
