The incumbent will be responsible for the successful implementation of the HR system ensuring data integrity and improving efficiencies for HR Department as well as the business.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Participate in departmental internal and external audit processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the personnel files meet the checklist requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the digital files meet the checklist requirements in SAGE300.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of employee files and ensure that they are well maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Engaging the respective team members where there are missing documents.<\/li>\n<li>Report on the audit progress and\/or status.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sign off on all files that meet the requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Minimum qualifications and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Matric.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Industry, systems knowledge is essential.<\/li>\n<li>HR Reporting.<\/li>\n<li>HR System\u2019s Support in SAGE300.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, competencies, and attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Proficient in SAGE.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, organise and execute.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about excellent service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work interdependent and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Deadline-driven and good at self-management.<\/li>\n<li>Problem analysis and solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build effective partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and results orientated.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active, innovative, and decisive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2077583\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> October 27 2023<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with our Employment Equity goals and plan, preference will be given to suitable applicants from designated groups as defined in the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998 and subsequent amendments thereto.<\/p>\n<p>Preference will be given to persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Anova Health Institute is a provider of essential health services and therefore has a mandatory vaccination policy.
