We are looking for the people in the middle who have a passion for the technical aspects of tax. Apply below!<br \/>\nOne of the global leaders in laboratory testing, certification and verification is looking for a Tax and Finance Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team.<\/p>\n<p>The Tax and Finance Compliance Manager conducts, manages and oversees the tax function of all entities within the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region, according to the laws for that jurisdiction, in order to ensure that they are fully tax and statutory compliant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Objectives:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Continuously review and provide ongoing advisory support for tax planning purposes to ensure that the company remains tax compliant and avoids non-conformance.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively analyse, identify, review and report on potential Tax Risks.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously provide advisory Tax support and advice to relevant departments and personnel, in order to ensure continued Tax compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor Tax calculations and returns submission, in order to ensure timely and up to date payment of Tax.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively liaise with external Tax Statutory Partners to ensure that the required Tax support is provided as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Review and oversee all monthly Tax reconciliations and reporting, to ensure Tax returns and Financial records balance.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously review and ensure that the Tax function is fully compliant with relevant and current statutory and legislative requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Job Experience &amp; Skills Required:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>BCom Accounting\/Tax Honours<\/li>\n<li>HDip Tax or MCom Tax (desirable)<\/li>\n<li>5-8 years Tax experience<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years&#8217; experience in a Managerial role<\/li>\n<li>Relevant tax legislation experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with various African countries (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP Business One (preferable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2079519\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> November 26 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Network Recruitment is a leading specialist recruitment company in the fields of IT, Finance and Engineering.
