You must have your own transport and Drivers License essential.\u00a0Provide a high level of support for user and infrastructure environments ensuring careful and optimal call management and efficiencies to various Datacentrix clients.\u00a0\u00a0Must be available to start immediately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Critical Requirements &#8211; Skills, Experience &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>A+ or N+ \/ MCSE (essential)<\/li>\n<li>3+ years\u2019 experience delivering End User Computing Support Services in a customer environment<\/li>\n<li>AD and GPO Experience (Creating Users and Managing AD)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient at PC Builds and endpoint installations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work flexible hours as may be required.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Role Accountabilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Able to correctly analyse and prioritise calls and requests according to business impact and urgencies as well as financial impact.<\/li>\n<li>Manage call escalations to 2nd level and specialist support within Datacentrix as well as customer vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player with the ability to work in and with a virtual team.
