EXECUTIVE FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION<br \/>\nThis position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for the following performance areas:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Financial Control and management of full financial function<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the Financial Analysis, Reporting and Audits<\/li>\n<li>Asset Management and Cost Control<\/li>\n<li>Project feasibility and management<\/li>\n<li>Contracts Management and Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity Assessment and Analysis \/ Feasibility<\/li>\n<li>Resource Optimization<\/li>\n<li>Shareholder value management<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the implementation and adherence to the financial and accounting policies, as well as following Procedures \/ IFRS<\/li>\n<li>Manage the administration department including the patient administration management and related general auxiliary support functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>CA(SA); Qualification in Financial Management and Auditing<\/li>\n<li>5 Years and more experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Hospital Business Knowledge would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Board level interaction and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgement and understanding of business processes, pro-active approach to problem solving and decision making<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of business information management systems eg.
