Characteristics must include an ability to train and review junior developers\u2019 code as well as demonstrate creativity when solving problems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Required Skills:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid experience with C# and ASP.Net<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of web client-side technologies<\/li>\n<li>JavaScript (Angular\/React\/Vue\/JavaScript framework)<\/li>\n<li>Typescript<\/li>\n<li>CS<\/li>\n<li>Proven formal software development experience<\/li>\n<li>Must be technically strong with a passion for coding<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Object-Oriented design and coding<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of SQL Server (and relevant ORM such as Entity Framework)<\/li>\n<li>Experienced using source control<\/li>\n<li>Be able to translate business feedback and requirements into working software solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Personal attributes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures.
