We have an established database of candidates in all disciplines for temporary, contract and permanent positions. \u00a0This database is updated on a continuous basis to ensure all candidates are still active and available and that all employment records are up to date.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager Security<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> West Rand<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>R42 000.00 &#8211; R50 000.00 Per Month (Negotiable)<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:<\/strong> Security | Management<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> opsmgr_sec_wr_112023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i class=\"fas fa-print\"><\/i><strong>Vacancy Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and Guards, overseeing all guarding operations and guarding clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Responsible for implementing and managing key security risk strategies and assessments to mitigate any potential risks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Manage\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">guarding administration pertaining to vehicles, personnel, client email communication, incident reporting, site operations procedures, staff rosters, marketing, site equipment and client contact list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Meet and maintain client relationships attending to client complaints efficiently and effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Ensure compliance is followed throughout the guarding division.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Oversee customer complaints, investigate issues, and work with various departments to address any issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Monitor and review quality control processes to ensure all client standards are met.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Facilitate procedures for quoting, purchasing, scheduling, and stock control.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Regenerate new business.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Monitor and conduct staff patrols and submit monthly KPI\u2019s for operational division.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Investigate incidents and submit reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Ensure all client needs are met and guards compliant on sites to our clients\u2019 expectations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Ensure site operating procedures are trained and inducted to officers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Assist finance department with invoicing and temps and oversee quoting is accurate and correct.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Assist with resolving any pay queries and assist payroll to ensure payroll compliance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Enforce warnings \/ discipline and penalties if processes and procedures are not followed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership on security, crisis management, business integrity, and other security-related matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Other key duties as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"mb-0 bullet-list\">\n<li>Management<\/li>\n<li>Security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidates Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Valid PSIRA Grade A or B.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Diploma in Business Management will be beneficial<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">5-7 years of experience as an Operations Manager within the Security Industry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Extensive knowledge of security systems, equipment and managing operations and guarding staff<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2082228\">Click Here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong>\u00a0January 04 2024<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FHH Consultants (Pty) Ltd are the matchmaker between clients who are looking for high caliber staff, and job seekers looking for that growth opportunity.
