We are seeking a Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Debtors:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Prepare and create quotations.<\/li>\n<li>Upon acceptance of quotations, verify the correctness of purchase orders received.<\/li>\n<li>Generate invoices post-completion of work.<\/li>\n<li>Load invoices onto Vantage for payment or dispatch to the appropriate finance administrator<br \/>\nor payment clerk.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Monitor and follow up on invoice payments.<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch monthly statements.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile and audit debtor accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Creditors:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain quotations as requested<\/li>\n<li>Create purchase orders post quotation acceptance, ensuring correct coding to the general ledger and linking of source documents.<\/li>\n<li>Verify invoice details against the SARS standard of invoicing upon receipt.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare batch payments on B# and bank platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Release payments to accountants for final processing.<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch Proof of Payment to suppliers and reconcile supplier accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vendor Compliance:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all vendor documentation is compliant and up-to-date.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and foster effective business relationships with vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Address vendor queries and resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Accounting &amp; Utility Administration:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with utility account administration.<\/li>\n<li>Load debtors with accurate details on B#.<\/li>\n<li>Manage both adhoc and recurring billing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate billing to clients and dispatch statements in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate payment issues.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with other adhoc duties as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned, the Financial Administrator may be required<br \/>\nto perform other adhoc duties as needed to support the department&#8217;s goals and the company&#8217;s success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PERFORMANCE MEASURES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure functions are accurate, timely, and up-to-date.<\/li>\n<li>Promptly identify and rectify accounting errors, discrepancies, and violations in purchasing policies.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold accounting procedures and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Foster effective communication and coordination within the company.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong business relations with suppliers and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Matriculation certificate.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bookkeeping\/accounting certification (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of two years in creditors\/debtors\/bookkeeping\/financial administration (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the Property industry (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of bookkeeping concepts and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with accounting\/bookkeeping software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic with a positive, proactive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with a willingness to assist others and improve processes.<\/li>\n<li>A well rounded administrator who displays thorough attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2082222\">Click Here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> November 10 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our purpose is to be the leading real estate services provider and the preferred place of employment for our industry\u2019s professionals.
