Ideal candidate must be available immediately. The Project Administrator will be accountable for supporting the Senior Manager Project, Programme or Portfolio Manager and their team in all administrative and secretarial aspects of the Project Office. The project management office is responsible to provide common processes, documentation, training and oversight of projects in Digital Technology<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in IT related fields<\/li>\n<li>Certified PMI\/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2 (Advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>4+ years&#8217; experience in It related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years&#8217; experience in program \/ project management<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience with MS project, and other project management portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft dynamics, Power PPM or similar<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and templates (includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and use of industry-standard management methods, tools and techniques, budget templates, communication plans, status update reports, etc<\/li>\n<li>Formidable team working skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience using IT methodologies, processes, and standards for project management<\/li>\n<li>MS Project Server experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivery that includes the use of external supplier and offshore resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Ensuring all information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored, and filed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and control documents, such as form templates, meeting minutes, reports, plans and schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures only the latest versions are available for use by PMO team members.
