In addition to providing financial insight and executing operations the suitable candidate will provide monthly statutory, regulatory and management reporting for a specified business units. This role will require an individual with a passion for accounting practices, applicable laws, codes and regulations amongst other things.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The key responsibilities for this role will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources<\/li>\n<li>Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain stakeholder relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate business\u2019s financial performance \u2013 actuals, forecast and budgets, from a revenue, cost and capital utilisation perspective<\/li>\n<li>Conduct costing analysis and develop monthly ad-hoc reports to support internal decision making<\/li>\n<li>Provide input into business unit budgeting process including budget loading calculations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>BCom Honours Degree in Accounting \/ Finance (non-negotiable)<\/li>\n<li>CA(SA) (advantageous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>1+ years\u2019 experience in similar industry<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge accepted accounting practices and principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft package and an ERP system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Skills Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Excellent analytical and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent collaborative skills<\/li>\n<li>Ownership and accountability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2088968\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> December 28 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Network Recruitment is a leading specialist recruitment company in the fields of IT, Finance and Engineering.
