For these last 32 years, for the most part, we have recruited our recruiters from the industries that they will be recruiting for and this has proven to be a successful formula for us, our clients (employers) and our candidates (career seekers).\u00a0 Over and above this, we have &#8211; through a well-run organisation, good support staff, an excellent specialised database and proper financial management &#8211; been able to facilitate the vital services we provide to our clients &amp; candidates alike, despite the various ups &amp; downs of the economy over these last 32 years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Sales Reps (Mining Equipment)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> East Rand<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0Market Related<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:<\/strong> Manufacturing, Mining, Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> VJ 409739<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacancy Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Market the range of products to existing and prospective customers.<\/li>\n<li>Products in the Drill &amp; Blast arena, both Surface and Underground<\/li>\n<li>Create customer base for a new area of business<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with Senior Management and Drill &amp; Blast Management.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of new products<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to our customers<\/li>\n<li>Provide training to our customers<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement drilling fluid programs and overall operations<\/li>\n<li>Undertake general administrative duties<\/li>\n<li>QHSE responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Executing established client contact plans to communicate product launches and engaging potential clients in relevant sales campaigns to build new relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as first point of contact for client queries and complaints and resolves these, referring complex issues to others and ensuring that the client receives an appropriate response.<\/li>\n<li>Setting clear objectives for each sales\/service call or meeting; using standard materials to make a presentation to the client; and asking relevant questions to evaluate the client\u2019s level of interest and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation.<\/li>\n<li>Building solutions for a new reality based on client\u2019s current state and understanding the client\u2019s total business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>National Senior Certificate Grade 12 (Matric)<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in Sales and Marketing with technical background<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>5 Years\u2019 experience industry related experience in a similar field of work<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience using ERP software<\/li>\n<li>Understanding areas of operation, industries and drill and blast markets both surface and underground mining.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding client needs<\/li>\n<li>Understanding company products and services<\/li>\n<li>Understanding drilling fluids engineering<\/li>\n<li>Ability to undertake mathematical calculations<\/li>\n<li>Comprehension of chemistry<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Must be advance in the Microsoft Office Suite of Product<\/li>\n<li>Zulu, Sotho, Afrikaans will be an added advantage but not a requirement<\/li>\n<li>Ability to sell<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Travel Allowance<\/li>\n<li>Company Car<\/li>\n<li>Laptop<\/li>\n<li>Cell phone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2121173\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> May 24 2024<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a company that provides software solution aimed to the mining industry.
