Beauty is not about how much you spend, but how confident you feel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Shop Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Limpopo<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0Market Related<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:\u00a0<\/strong>Retail, Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> 87925<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacancy Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised experience for all customers<\/li>\n<li>Drive sales and turnover by motivating and inspiring the team members to achieve sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure visual merchandising standards create a beautiful store experience<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy and fully replenished sales floor<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stock levels, stock losses and shrinkage are effectively managed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all products are correctly priced with relevant Price stickers and \/or signage<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that stock take, and cycle count variance reports are checked, variances are investigated, and stock shortages or unbalanced stock information is escalated to the Area Manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that point of sale and banking procedures are adhered to and raise any areas of concern with the Area Manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all store standards and operations policies and procedures are adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Effective execution of all operational activities within the store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>A matric, grade 12 or equivalent certificate<\/li>\n<li>A passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of beauty and skincare products<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>A strong work ethic and hands-on attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs<\/li>\n<li>Basic proficiency with email and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and pleasant in pressurised situations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate and promote products<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create a buzz in your store that will motivate your team and encourage customers to come back and purchase more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/login\/?returnurl=\/jobs\/apply\/2126590\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> April 29 2024<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Signature Cosmetics &amp; Fragrances is a Proudly South African beauty brand with stores across South Africa, Botswana and Namibia.
