The successful candidate must have a strong accounting background with min 2 &#8211; 5 years working experience.<br \/>\nTypically you would input transactions on to the system, troubleshoot concerns on transactions and loads, liaise with clients and monitor accounts receivable and payable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties continued:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Coordinate billing and inventory control for all assigned loads<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contact with assigned customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Data entry and management of all assigned customer orders, loads, and customer correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Manage assigned customer problems with load queries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain current and up to date daily invoicing and various customer\/management reports<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings and completing assignments<\/li>\n<li>Accounts receivables and problem resolution<\/li>\n<li>Sales and accounting support as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Other general administrative duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Qualification in Account\/ Administration and\/or equivalent professional work experience in related field required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work and interact well with others<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>1+ years\u2019 experience in a trading environment preferred, or 3+ years in a business environment<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience with accounts receivable or collections preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service commitment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work at a very detailed level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.careers24.com\/VacancyApplication\/ExternalApplication\/2126539\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> May 05 2024<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Based in Somerset West, Helderberg Personnel was established in 1998.
