R15 000.00 Per Month<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Sectors:<\/strong>\u00a0Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> JB4328<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacancy Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R15 000 a month + R8500 Car Allowance<\/li>\n<li>Fuel Card, Laptop and Cell phone<\/li>\n<li>Additional benefits after 3 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A Company that specialises in Manufacturing abrasive Products is looking for an experienced External Sales Representatives to expand sales and oversee current clients in Pretoria, Limpopo, and sections of North West.\u00a0 You will need to grow and manage existing customers and seek out new opportunities constantly with both stand-alone and chain accounts within your established region<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Technical Qualification and\/or 3+ years proven sales experience in a technical field<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the abrasive industry would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written<\/li>\n<li>Strong Negotiation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be MS Office literate (Intermediate to Advanced)<\/li>\n<li>CRM Management, Call Planning and Sales Reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Resilient, resourceful personality\/character.<\/li>\n<li>Conflict management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial flair with excellent time management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take full accountability for the achievement of revenue streams, profitability and volume growth and other key performance areas\/indicators for direct accounts in the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Minimising and management of potential channel conflict, with the ultimate goal of eliminating conflict in this channel<\/li>\n<li>Develop processes to measure, track, report and communicate account performance in order to ensure specific focus, and utilising these processes to monitor trends, achievements and performance against targets<\/li>\n<li>Develop reporting and monitoring mechanisms highlighting and market movements to Sales and Management<\/li>\n<li>Penetrating competitor markets<\/li>\n<li>Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis on existing and potential customers as part of the sales process<\/li>\n<li>Conduct cold calling at new\/potential customers along with a focused growth strategy at the existing customers in the allocated sales area<\/li>\n<li>Analyse market potentials, track sales and status reports<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed sales budgets (volume &amp; revenue)<\/li>\n<li>Establish, promote and maintain positive business and customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to company policy and procedures while maintaining integrity and sound business practices<\/li>\n<li>Servicing and further development of existing customer base<\/li>\n<li>Participation\/representation at open days\/trade shows with the ability to conduct physical product demonstrations<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the company\u2019s planning, reporting and customer management structures as determined by management<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to the company price list and discount structures as determined by management<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective customer satisfaction and after sales care<\/li>\n<li>Perform internal and customer facing presentations<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal office to produce client proposals and manage the delivery and follow up of such with the client<\/li>\n<li>Attend monthly sales meetings and one-on-ones with the Sales Manager<\/li>\n<li>Seeking out new opportunities constantly with both stand-alone and chain accounts within established region<\/li>\n<li>Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to the Sales Manager<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up sales<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly feedback relating to lost sales and back orders<\/li>\n<li>Submit monthly call planners by the last week of the month for the month ahead<\/li>\n<li>Daily update of CRM with visit information and telephone calls<\/li>\n<li>Shall provide a plan for their sales area annually, showing the following information, Sales per customer in the previous year, Sales extrapolated for the current year, Sales plan for the next year, Target customers<\/li>\n<li>Any other duty which may be assigned to you from time-to-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> We specialize in specific niche fields.
