In addition, our social investment responsibilities indicate that we are as committed to serving South African communities as we are our investors.<\/p>\n The Graduate Development Programme<\/strong> is a fundamental aspect of Old Mutual’s transformation drive. The programme aims to attract, develop and retain graduates into Old Mutual (SA).<\/p>\n The Graduate Development Programme is targeted at final year and\/or post graduate students across all faculties, particularly:<\/p>\n Focused on a common theme of academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n Aimed at focused development in a specific role over an 18-month period.<\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n Old Mutual South Africa offers four Graduate Programmes:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n Application and Selection Process<\/strong><\/p>\n The application and selection process consists of three phases.<\/p>\n Phase 1<\/p>\n Phase one consists of:<\/p>\n University presentations.<\/p>\n Complete the application form below. Please be sure to select your business focus area from the various options offered e.g. Marketing, Finance, Strategy.<\/p>\n Screening and shortlisting of applications.<\/p>\n Psychometric testing<\/p>\n Phase 2<\/p>\n Phase two consists of a targeted selection interview at the university.<\/p>\n Phase 3<\/p>\n Phase three consists of interviews with management followed by an offer of employment to successful applicants towards the middle of November.<\/p>\n Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview.
