The Sanlam Group conducts its business through Sanlam Limited, the corporate head office and four business clusters. The corporate head office is responsible for the Groups’s centralised functions such as strategic direction, financial and risk management, marketing and communications, Group human resources and corporate social investment (CSI).<\/p>\n

We provide financial solutions to individual and institutional clients. These solutions include individual, group and short-term insurance, personal financial services such as estate planning, trusts, home and personal loans, savings and linked products, investment, asset management, property asset management, stock broking, risk management and capital market activities.<\/p>\n

1.Render ongoing technical advice and support to FA’s.<\/p>\n

2.Ensure that the different compliance looks are understood and utilised<\/p>\n

by the Financial<\/p>\n

Advisers as well as the importance and implications for the practices.<\/p>\n

3.Monitor and flag any suspect or risky business with the Business<\/p>\n

Manager.<\/p>\n

4.Enable FA’s to reach production targets by being a business partner.<\/p>\n

5.Networking with other stakeholders in the sales\/support process.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Administration (back-office) background.<\/p>\n

Valid driver’s license with own reliable motor vehicle.<\/p>\n

Travelling is a prerequisite.<\/p>\n

A. QUALIFICATIONS:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Matric or equivalent qualification.<\/p>\n

B. EXPERIENCE:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Financial Services experience. Thorough understanding of agency<\/p>\n

distribution model and supporting processing requirements.<\/p>\n

C. KNOWLEDGE:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.MS-Office (Excel Word Powerpoint); Outlook; Spotlight-s.NET; AUTONUB.<\/p>\n

2.Business Management:<\/p>\n

-Financial Services Industry Knowledge.<\/p>\n

-Financial Services Product Knowledge (Sanlam and competitors).<\/p>\n

-Relevant regulatory legislation and compliance knowledge.<\/p>\n
