The Sanlam Group conducts its business through Sanlam Limited, the corporate head office and four business clusters. The corporate head office is responsible for the Groups’s centralised functions such as strategic direction, financial and risk management, marketing and communications, Group human resources and corporate social investment (CSI).<\/p>\n

We provide financial solutions to individual and institutional clients. These solutions include individual, group and short-term insurance, personal financial services such as estate planning, trusts, home and personal loans, savings and linked products, investment, asset management, property asset management, stock broking, risk management and capital market activities.<\/p>\n

1.Provide Sanlam intermediaries and management with technical support<\/p>\n

via the telephone and remote.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Must be willing to work shifts.<\/p>\n

A. QUALIFICATIONS:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Grade 12.<\/p>\n

2.A+ and\/or MCSE (examination certificate).<\/p>\n

B. EXPERIENCE:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.At least one(1) year experience in a Technical Helpdesk or Technology<\/p>\n

Support environment.<\/p>\n

2.Telephony \/ customer service experience will be advantageous.<\/p>\n

C. KNOWLEDGE:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Working knowledge of operating systems Internet and application of<\/p>\n

networks.<\/p>\n

2.Working knowledge of hardware (PC’s printers modems etc.).<\/p>\n

3.Working knowledge of technological trends.<\/p>\n

4.Understanding of sales processes and servicing industry.<\/p>\n

5.Knowledge of the S.net point of sale system will be an advantage.<\/p>\n

6.Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.<\/p>\n
