•Processing of credit notes
•Resolving customer queries
•Offer focus products and specials on every call
•Make a minimum of 70 contact calls per day
•Resolving of customer queries

Requirements
•Matric/equivalent
•Computer literate – proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Strong administrative skills
•Service and target driven
•Experience in either sales/ sales administration, customer service/ relations or Call Centre
•Team player, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
•Well-spoken with a good telephone manner in more than 1 official South African language
•Clear disciplinary record
•Customer service orientated.
•Good telephone etiquette
