The suitable candidate must currently reside in Gauteng.

We offer a competitive salary with 50% contribution towards Discovery medical aid and 7.5% of basic salary towards pension fund.

Job Summary:
•Managing, coaching and motivating Customer Service Consultants within the specified group
•Implement initiatives to drive sales via the sales force within your area and aggressively grow the group’s customer base
•Oversee and encourage staff development
•Actively participate in recruitment
•Mentor, guide and train Customer Service Consultants to the company standards
•Ability to analyze reports and sales figures
•Clean disciplinary record
Requirements
•Matric or equivalent
•3 years experience as a Sales Manager
•Completed or studying towards a marketing / business degree or diploma or have a proven track record with relevant experience will be advantageous
•Excellent communication skills

•Report writing skills
•Leadership skills and presentation skills
•Emotional quotient capabilities
