We offer a tailored development programme for high-potential engineering, science, commerce and information technology candidates, enabling them to gain exposure to the company with a view to achieving significant career success in the long term.

Candidates selected to join this prestigious programme are given exposure to three significant positions across at least two continents in five years, and must therefore be willing to travel.

Prerequisites of the programme are:

• Exceptionally high academic achievement
• South African citizenship
• Graduation with a four-year degree
• Strong leadership qualities with exposure to broader life skills
