Position Summary:
Office-based support the Operations Manager in managing certification processes, operations, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with certification enquiries, quotations & audit scheduling.
- Support policy updates, invoicing & internal audits.
- Contribute to marketing & sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in operations or certification.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.

Candidate Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Education: Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in operations, certification, or a related role.
- Experience in ISO certification, audit processes, or quality management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with business operations, financial processes, and workflow management.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Zertic or similar certification/management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
Key Skills:
- Organizational & Planning: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows efficiently.
- Communication & Interpersonal: Strong verbal and written communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation, compliance tracking, and financial processes.
