Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures and management of all internal processes
Compliance of insurance and financial policies, processes and procedures
Costings systems, inputs control and reporting
Management of Inter Company loan accounts
Manage debtors and creditors accounts and statement analysis
Preparing information for Exco and Board presentations
Prepare monthly management accounts – investigate variances to budget and KPI’s
Assist with annual and interim budgets and cash flow management
Comply with statutory regulations and ensure timeous payments of statutory returns

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Strong finance-based analytical skills
5 years’ of finance experience
B.Com, with a Financial Accounting major, post article
IFRS
IT, SQL Databases and advance Excel skills
Excellent Communication skills
Able to function well under high seasonal pressure
Self-motivated and positive
Strong analytical and auditing skills
Strong team player
Ability to plan and delegate
