Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions on the Yeast Bank Account
• Bank Reconciliation
• Collection of rent for Thembelihle
• Allocation of payments to the right accounts
• Oversee checklist for new files
• Administer rental charges
• Attend to account queries

Requirements

• Rental Administration Knowledge
• Knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations
• Customer service
• Attention to detail
• Emotional intelligence & relationship management
• Conflict management & problem solving
• Credit Control Management or relevant qualification
• 3 years’ work experience in Property Management
