• Managing the supply of finished products to meet sales & customer demands;
• Ensuring adequate levels of materials of raw materials and semi finsied goods;
• Production planning, despatching of goods and proper corporate governances
• Stock takes and cycle counts
• Fleet maintenance and servicing
• Relationship Management
• Overseeing the performance of Team
• Ensuring compliance to OHSA & regulations
• Continuous improvement activities to optimise supply chain

Required Skills

• Logistics Experience: 10 years or more
• Supply Chain Operations: 10 years or more
• Planning Management: 10 years or more

Candidate Requirements

• Supply Chain Management/and or Operations Management Diploma
• 5-10 years working knowledge and manufacturing/Production track record
• Strong Syspro ERP system practical working knowledge;
• Inventory controls essential
• Team leadership essential; IR and familiar with dealing with people;
• Note: Not just Fleet knowledge/Logistic knowledge
