Job description
You will contribute directly to the company’s financial objectives by selling all products and services to clients with wants and needs focusing on sales incentives, recognition programs and all fulfilment services.
As a New Business Sales Consultant you will be responsible for:
Generating leads
• Generate telephonic sales leads and market research calls
• Complete client surveys
• Identify and handle objections
• Follow up on sales leads
• Move client contacts through sales pipeline
• Sales Achievement
• Conduct research / understand client business
• Complete client analysis via either teleconference, video conference or visit to client
• Fully understand client needs and wants
• Lead the Solution Design process
• Write and present proposal to client and obtain sign off
Solution Delivery
• Brief all relevant parties
• Monitor build process via Operations Coordinator
• Ensure program delivery
o On time
o To standard
o Within budget
• Ensure close client contact throughout the process
• Monitor and manage all deliverables via Operations Coordinator
After Sales
• Manage all client reviews and take corrective action where necessary
• Ensure close out of program
• Complete final review with client
Note that travel will be required
Requirements
You have:
• Strong background in sales
• Post matric qualification
• Broad based business experience
• Problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advantageous
• Industry experience in motor, cellular or services industry
