Are you bilingual in English and Afrikaans, have experience in a corporate company and have a vibrant and energetic attitude?  Our client based in the CBD requires a proactive individual to be the go to person for their sales team which will involve managing diaries, correspondence and extensive liaison with clients. A fabulous opportunity to have the responsibility of maximizing the Sales team members time so they can concentrate on being out in the market securing their business opportunities.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageous
  • Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint proficient
  • Be fully competent, regarding phone and email etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to manage your time and prioritize effectively between strong sales Team members
  • Driven, with the ability to take the initiative


DUTIES

  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Organizing events – sending out of Zoom meeting invitations and or Breakfast meeting invitations & Managing RSVP’s
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Filing of original client documents
  • General administrative duties
  • Taking calls when BDE’s are in a meeting and sending the messages through to BDE’s if urgent
  • Ordering of Business cards and marketing material for BDE’s
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation if required for BDE’s
  • Attending Sales and staff meetings
  • What’s-App messaging
  • Feedback and working towards a common goal together
