CareerJunction Recruits Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced, target driven Sales Consultant to join our Agency team in Rosebank, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record, a passion for hunting new business and achieving targets and is motivated by the potential of determining their own salary.

To succeed in this position you must understand the basics of recruitment processes and grow the assigned territory.

 

Minimum requirements:

• 3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably selling software products or service
• Experience within the recruitment industry preferably permanent placements

 

Certain aspects of this opportunity include but are not limited to the following:

• Identify potential clients in order to sell the product
• Securing of appointments in order to demonstrate and sell the benefits of the product
• Closing deals
• Maintaining strong relationships with all clients encountered

 

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:

Ability

• develop and manage sales plans to identify new opportunities to achieve sales targets
• proactively work towards closing quality sale
• liaise with Recruitment Agency clients to secure an appointment or product demo session
• deal successfully with decision makers at board level
• ensure that there is a proactive process in targeting new prospects
• interact with key influencers across all levels
• write professional proposals and respond to request for information
• keep accurate records on CRM System
• support and assist with any client queries as it arise

 

Experience

• provide monthly reports on sales success and weekly activities
• maintaining and building client relationships
• sales experience / meeting and achieving targets
• using CRM
• recruitment agency environment – ideally on permanent placements

 

Knowledge

• sales pipelines and forecasting accurately
• CRM system ideally Accpac CRM system
