Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (N3).
• IT Tertiary qualification.
• Technical experience in Microsoft Office, Windows XP and Windows 7 and other peripherals
• ITIL Foundation
• Experience in Remedy will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Must be able to adapt to change
• Must be able to work well in a team
• Must be able to work under pressure and independently

Duties

• Incident and call logging management
• User support
• Trouble shooting
• Liaise with external vendors and business
• Perform on-site and remote technical support
• Change management and SOX compliance
• Ensure compliance to ITGC processes

and procedures
