  • A maximum basic salary of R10 000.00 per month, for 3 to 6 months
  • Our brokers earn between R600 000- R 900 000 in their first year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct company, property and industry-specific research
  • Provide strategically tailored solutions to the unique requirements of tenants and buyers Provide ongoing support throughout the transaction process.
  • Seek out and market the top commercial and industrial properties available for potential tenants and buyers
  • Negotiates the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties for landlords and tenants.
  • Assist Industrial and Commercial clients with the selection of the best options for their space requirements
  • Provides tenants and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
  • Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
  • Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

Qualifications and Requirements

The internship is designed for results-oriented and entrepreneurial candidates who are self-motivated, hardworking, disciplined and demonstrate an interest in the commercial real estate industry.

  • BSc Property Studies, LLB, Quantity Surveyor, Bcom or similar degree is essential
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Reliable vehicle
