Job Summary:
The primary focus of the role is to make various types of reservations for clients/members, as well as actioning of timeshare owned weeks as requested by owners. This is accomplished by handling queries via phone, email or face to face consultation as well as attending to assigned outbound call programmes which will ensure the achievement of multiple individual, team and departmental goals across a multitude of product lines.

Key Performance Areas:
• Attend to reservation and banking requests which include but are not limited to:
o Rental bookings
o Points/Exchange bookings
o Flexi or fixed timeshare bookings
• Address queries via phone, email or face to face consultation
• Perform additional duties as assigned including but not limited to Member Services

Requirements:
Position Requirements:
• Matric
• Proven sales ability, with a strong focus on customer service
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
• Above average computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Preference will be given to individuals who has an EAAB Estate Agent qualification
